How does MY IVVI work?

- For Renters: Browse available items, book what you need, and return it after use.
Is MY IVVI free to use?
Yes! Listing items is free, and we charge a small service fee only when an item is rented.
Can I make bookings instantly?
Yes! Our platform supports instant bookings, allowing renters to book their items immediately based on your availability settings.
For Listers (Owners of Items & Properties)
What can I list on MY IVVI?
You can list almost anything—electronics, tools, vehicles, camping gear, event supplies, and even properties!
How do I list an item?
- Take clear photos of your item.
- Set the rental price and availability.
- Publish your listing and start earning!
How do I set my rental price?
You decide the price! We recommend checking similar listings to stay competitive.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed securely and sent directly to your account via your preferred method (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).
What if my item gets damaged?
We offer protection plans and recommend securing a deposit for high-value items. Always document the item’s condition before and after rental.
Can I decline a rental request?
Yes, you have full control over who rents your items.
For Renters
How do I rent an item?
- Search for the item you need.
- Request to book & wait for owner approval (or book instantly if available).
- Pick up the item or have it delivered.
How do I pay for a rental?
Payments are made securely through MY IVVI using credit/debit cards or other available methods.
What happens if I return an item late?
Late returns may result in extra fees, which are set by the item owner.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Report the issue within 24 hours, and we’ll work with the owner to resolve it.
