– Drop Off and Pickup Equipment min. $300/trip or $3/km (second & more trip $150/trip)
– Material Delivery $320/pallet (1-2 sets) or $3/km one way and an additional $95/pallet
– Fuel: The renter is responsible for returning the fuel tanks with the same level of fuel they were provided. The fuel top-up service is $50 PLUS the cost of fuel.

If cancelled by the guest more than 7 days from the start date of rental:
The guest will receive a full refund of the paid deposit minus the MY-IVVI Rentals service fee and its tax.
If cancelled by the guest between 7 days and 2 days from the start date of rental:
The guest will be refunded 50% of the rental amount and will forfeit the MY-IVVI Rentals service fee and its tax as well as the 2nd half of the rental amount. The host will receive a payout of 50% of the rental amount minus the MY-IVVI Rentals service fee and its tax.
If cancelled by the guest 2 days or less from the start date of rental:
The guest will forfeit the full rental amount as well as the MY-IVVI Rentals service fee and its tax. The host will receive a payout of the full rental amount minus the MY-IVVI Rentals service fee and its tax.
