Welcome to Rentals by MY IVVI. By booking a rental through https://rentals.my-ivvi.ca, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1. A valid payment method is required to confirm all bookings. 1.2. Full payment or a deposit (as specified during checkout) must be made at the time of booking. 1.3. Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1. Cancellation policies vary based on the rental type and will be stated at the time of booking. 2.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy specified. 2.3. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early checkouts.
3. Rental Usage & Responsibilities
3.1. The renter must use the rental property responsibly and by local laws. 3.2. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss occurring during the rental period. 3.3. Rentals must be returned in the same condition as received, including cleanliness and operational status.
4. Security Deposits
4.1. A security deposit may be required for certain rentals and will be refunded upon return, subject to inspection. 4.2. Deductions may be made for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning fees.
5. Liability & Insurance
5.1. MY IVVI Rentals is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during the rental period. 5.2. Renters are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their rental period.
6. Modifications & Extensions
6.1. Requests for rental modifications (dates, locations, rental type) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. 6.2. Rental extensions must be requested in advance and approved by MY IVVI Rentals.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. MY IVVI Rentals is not liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances.
