Users must contact MY-IVVI Inc. promptly and provide booking details, screenshots, photos, timestamps, invoices, chat records, delivery notes, and any other supporting information.
2. Review
MY-IVVI Inc. may review listing terms, messages, payment records, delivery records, inspection evidence, operator notes, and policy rules.
3. Cooperation
Users must cooperate honestly and provide truthful information. Failure to cooperate may affect the outcome of the review.
4. Platform Decision
MY-IVVI Inc. may decide whether a refund, partial refund, deposit deduction, account action, or listing action is appropriate based on the evidence available and the applicable policies.
5. Chargebacks
Users should attempt platform resolution before filing a chargeback. Bad-faith chargebacks may result in account restriction.
