Guests agree to use rented items carefully, lawfully, and only for their intended purpose. Guests accept responsibility for ensuring that all operators, users, employees, contractors, or other persons using the item under their control are competent and authorized.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, MY-IVVI Inc. does not provide insurance, protection plans, or guarantees covering damage, theft, misuse, personal injury, third-party liability, or business interruption arising from the use of rented items.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MY-IVVI Inc. disclaims liability for losses, claims, damages, injuries, delays, disruptions, or third-party conduct arising from platform use or item use, except where liability cannot be legally excluded.
