Payment, Fees and Service Charges Policy

This policy explains pricing, payment timing, fees, and charges.

1. Payment Methods

MY-IVVI Rentals Marketplace may accept Stripe, PayPal, and other methods made available at checkout.

2. Partial Payment

A booking may require a 30% payment at booking, with the balance due before pickup or delivery.

3. Deposits

Security deposits may be separate from booking charges and may be authorized, collected, or held independently.

4. Service Fees

MY-IVVI Inc. may charge service fees, booking fees, admin fees, payment processing adjustments, delivery coordination fees, or marketplace fees as disclosed at checkout or in the listing.

5. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be charged as required by law.

6. Failed Payments

If payment fails, MY-IVVI Inc. may pause, cancel, or deny the booking.

7. Late Charges

Late payment, unauthorized extension, or unpaid balances may result in extra fees, booking cancellation, deposit hold, account restriction, or collection action as permitted by law.
