Guests are responsible for checking compatibility, site suitability, towing capacity, electrical requirements, permit requirements, loading limits, and lawful operation before using any equipment.
Improper use, unauthorized use, careless storage, or operation by unqualified persons may result in liability for damage, loss, cancellation of service, or account action.
