Late Return and No-Show Policy

This policy explains how late returns, missed appointments, and no-shows are handled.

1. Late Return

An item returned after the agreed return time may incur additional rental charges, daily extension charges, overtime labour, missed booking compensation, redelivery or recovery costs, and administrative fees.

2. Grace Period

A short grace period may be allowed at the discretion of MY-IVVI Inc. or the host depending on the listing, but no grace period is guaranteed. A practical default operational grace period is up to 30 minutes for ordinary handoffs unless the listing states otherwise.

3. No-Show by Guest

A guest may be treated as a no-show if they fail to attend pickup, fail to accept delivery, fail to provide required ID, fail to complete payment, or fail to communicate within a reasonable window around the scheduled time. Reduced refund or no refund may apply.

4. No-Show by Host

If a host or supplier fails to provide the item at the agreed time without reasonable notice, the guest may be eligible for credit, replacement assistance, partial refund, or full refund.

5. Continued Possession

If a guest keeps an item beyond the approved time without permission, MY-IVVI Inc. may treat the booking as unauthorized extended use and may charge additional fees, recover the item, or pursue other remedies permitted by law.
