Host and Local Supplier Terms

Effective Date: Oct 1, 2025

These terms apply to hosts, owners, and local suppliers who list items or services on MY-IVVI Rentals Marketplace.

1. Accurate Listings

Hosts must ensure all listings are accurate, lawful, clear, and not misleading. Photos, descriptions, pricing, cancellation settings, delivery terms, deposit requirements, and restrictions must be current.

2. Lawful Authority

Hosts must have the right to rent the listed item and must comply with all applicable laws, bylaws, licensing rules, safety requirements, tax obligations, and insurance obligations.

3. Item Condition

Hosts must provide items in safe, usable condition, suitable for the purpose described, with any required instructions, safety notes, or operational disclosures.

4. Communication

Hosts must respond reasonably promptly to booking requests, schedule coordination, issue reports, and return arrangements.

5. Fulfillment

Hosts must honour confirmed bookings unless cancellation is necessary for safety, legal, mechanical, or operational reasons. Repeated cancellations may lead to listing removal, account restrictions, or payout review.

6. Deposit and Claims

Hosts must provide honest, documented evidence for damage claims, missing items, or cleaning deductions. False or inflated claims may lead to account penalties.

7. Restricted Listings

Hosts may not list prohibited, unsafe, recalled, or items they cannot lawfully rent.
