Prohibited Items and Restricted Use Policy

This policy explains what items and uses are not allowed on the platform.

1. Prohibited Listings

Listings may not include illegal goods, stolen goods, recalled products, counterfeit products, hazardous or toxic materials without lawful controls, unsafe firearms-related items, explosive materials, unlawful surveillance tools, live animals unless expressly permitted by platform rules, or any item whose rental is prohibited by law.

2. Restricted Equipment

Equipment requiring special training, business use, licensing, or operator control may only be listed with proper disclosures and only rented to qualified users or with approved operators.

3. Prohibited Use by Guests

Guests may not use rented items for illegal activity, unsafe transport, reckless activity, dangerous use of the site, overloading, unauthorized modification, subletting without approval, or any use beyond the intended purpose described in the listing.

4. Platform Enforcement

MY-IVVI Inc. may suspend, remove, block, or report listings or users that violate this policy.
