Pickup, Delivery and Return Policy

This policy explains how pickup, delivery, scheduling, handoff, and return are handled.
1. Availability
Listings may offer pickup, delivery, or both. Delivery availability depends on the item, vehicle access, schedule, location, delivery distance, route efficiency, and whether special equipment or operators are required.
2. Delivery Area
Approved delivery may be available in Ontario and Quebec up to the maximum distance shown on the listing, which may be as much as 5000 km one-way, where stated. Delivery remains subject to operational feasibility, weather, route safety, and platform approval.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may include a minimum delivery fee, a per-kilometre fee, special access fees, waiting time, labour, loading/unloading, stairs, remote location surcharge, operator time, or other logistics costs.
4. Pickup Requirements
Guests may be required to present identification, booking confirmation, proof of final payment, deposit confirmation, business information, or operator credentials before release of the item.
5. Delivery Access
Guests must provide correct delivery address, access instructions, contact details, unloading conditions, site readiness, and any permit or site restrictions. Failed or delayed access may result in additional charges.
6. Return Condition
Items must be returned on time, in the same condition received except for normal approved use, and with all included accessories, keys, manuals, cables, attachments, safety gear, packaging, or supporting equipment.
7. Missed Pickup or Delivery
If the guest is unavailable, unreachable, unprepared, or unable to accept the item at the agreed time, extra fees, rescheduling charges, or cancellation consequences may apply.
8. Early Return
Early return does not automatically create a refund unless expressly approved under the cancellation policy or by MY-IVVI Inc.
9. Documentation
Delivery and return may be documented by photos, signatures, timestamps, checklist confirmation, or staff notes.
