Guest Verification and Eligibility Policy

This policy explains guest eligibility and verification standards.

1. Minimum Requirements

Guests must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact and payment information.

2. Government ID

Government-issued identification may be required for all bookings or selected categories of bookings, especially where delivery, high-value equipment, vehicles, licensed equipment, or business use is involved.

3. Additional Verification

MY-IVVI Inc. may request proof of address, business registration, operator license, equipment competency, references, or site details depending on the rental type.

4. Licensed or Restricted Equipment

Some items may only be provided to licensed operators, verified businesses, or customers using an approved operator supplied by the host or platform.

5. Refusal of Service

MY-IVVI Inc. may refuse a booking where eligibility, identity, licensing, payment verification, fraud review, or safety review is incomplete or unsatisfactory.
